Refund policy

No Refunds

  • As each urushiome piece is handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are not available once an order is placed and 24 hours have elapsed, as production will already have begun.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation or change (size, finish, shipping address, etc.) within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing contact.koseiart@gmail.com.
  • After 24 hours, we cannot cancel or modify your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.koseiart@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos and videos showing the damage or defect
  • We will review your claim on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, offer a replacement at no extra cost.

Replacement Conditions

  • Replacements are subject to availability and verification of the defect.
  • We reserve the right to request additional photos or return of the damaged item before issuing a replacement.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please review all product details—descriptions, dimensions, finish options, and processing times—before placing your order.
  • Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason other than verified defects or shipping damage.
